Tennis Camp will be June 20th-23rd from 8:30am-12:00pm at Western Rockingham Middle School. This will be open to all boys and girls grades 4th-8th. All participants will receive a free Tennis Racket.
Hosted by Triple Threat Training & instructed by Lamar Tatum. Improve your ball handling, proper shooting technique & basketball IQ. Ages 6-9 will be 3:30pm-4:45pm & Ages 10-15 will be 4:45pm-6pm.
Women’s Basketball League for ages 16 & older. Captains Meeting on June 14th at 7:00pm at the Madison Mayodan Recreation Center. Games will begin week of June 20th. Games will be played on Mondays & Wednesdays at the Madison Mayodan Recreation Center.
Men’s Softball will begin June 2st and run til the early August. Games will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Jake Atkinson Park. Captains Meeting on June 14th at 6pm at the Madison Mayodan Recreation Center.
Focuses on the fundamentals & skills of baseball. Improve your game & technique. Camp will be ran by Mike Elrod (WRMS Head Baseball Coach) & Shane Webb (M-M Rec Baseball Coach).
Instructed by Brittany Dodson. Focus on back handsprings, back tucks, cartwheels, handsprings, round-offs & summersaults. Session will be 4 week on Fridays in July from 5pm-6pm. Class will be for ages 8-12.

Explore Archery is an Instructor’s Guide to Beginner Archery Programs. The curriculum is developmentally progressive and takes students from simple games to shooting in more complex competitions. This covers beginners to the more advanced shooters. Under the instruction of Joseph Smith, Joseph is a qualified US Archery Level 2, 7 time ASA multi State Champion, 2019 Shooter of the Year, 2019 ASA Pro/am National Champion, 2018 Powerade State Games Gold Medalist. 2x NC USA Archery State Championship Silver Medalist. 6-week session every Tuesday starting September 20th through October 25th at the Madison Mayodan Recreation Center. Ages 5 – Adult. Cost is $7/session.
The Madison Mayodan Recreation will host a Dewey’s Bakery Holiday Store from Nov. 1st to Dec. 29th. Our hours are Mon-Friday from 9am-8pm & Sat. from 9am-12pm. We also do a fresh order we pickup from Dewey’s bakery in Winston Salem for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Please come by the Rec Center for all your Dewey’s needs.
